Wenglor sweep raster scanners, with a maximum oscillation rate of 80 cycles per second, capture large areas easily and can read multiple codes in a single pass. The deflection angle of the oscillating mirror can be adjusted individually. Thanks to the integrated code reconstruction, even damaged, poorly applied or distorted codes can be read using a high speed. An LED display indicates the read rate. The successful decoding of barcodes is further verified for the switching signal by an acoustic signal and an LED display.
Multiple scanners can be connected via Daisy Chain or Multidrop. A link to bus systems is possible through separate gateways.
Application examples:
- Detecting large areas
- Reading multiple codes in a single pass
- Reading damaged codes
- Reading barcodes on packaging
