In an emergency, a facility must be stopped at any time. Every machine must therefore be equipped with an emergency stop device. The function of emergency stop (danger due to movement, stop category 0 or 1) or emergency off (danger due to electrical energy, stop category 0) is provided depending on the risk situation.
The Wenglor emergency-stop program includes certified products which fit seamlessly into the system design. Protection is available up to cat. 4, PL e (EN ISO 13849-1)/SIL 3 (EN 62061) in conjunction with the appropriate safety relay.
The slim housing of the mounting version is ideal for mounting on standard profiles and walls. The simple mounting process and standard M12 connector allow for quick commissioning.
Different actuator and contact block types can be combined depending on the application. All components are extremely durable thanks to their high-quality workmanship and impress with their high functionality.
Defect protection is integrated into the contact blocks for the fitted versions. This can be noticed immediately when the actuator is separated from the contact module and the outputs do not activate. Defect protection is integrated into the opening module, meaning that the overall width is not increased.
